My internet is horrible no matter where abouts I am! Connections are timing out, I struggle to even open snapchats! Why is this??

Issue with any payments from today has been resolved. Those payments made on 31st October and 01st November are still stuck processing but we should have this resolved shortly. I will update later on this

Delete any internet settings/APNs that are currently configured and reconfigure your settings from scratch using these instructions.

I was abroad for a week- on Guido- phone worked fine and got wifi with passwords - cannot connect to the internet last two weeks since I came home. Have wifi where I can get a password- any explanations welcome please thanks

Do a manual search for networks.

You mean that calls and texts were working fine abroad and changing the APN field of the internet settings to 48months.liffeytelecom.com got data working?

Do calls and texts work now that you are back in Ireland?

As I mentioned above the APN/internet settings have nothing to do with basic network connectivity and calls/texts - they only impact data connectivity.

If calls and texts are working but data is not then delete any APNs that are already configured and start from scratch with these instructions:
