3G Internet

Hi

I'm a member for over a year and for the last 3 weeks my 3G coverage is showing up to 3 bars but my internet connection will not open or any apps that need mobile network, this used to work. I just got upgrade to €20 a month and can only use my phone in wifi! I have iPhone 5s. Thanks

Did anything change on your phone?
Software update, settings changes, restore from iTunes etc.?

Are your internet/APN settings still correct?

Is data roaming enabled?

Do incoming/outgoing calls and texts work?

Try switching off, taking teh SIM out, GENTLY cleaning the contacts, reinserting the SIM, swtiching on and then manually searching for networks and manually connecting to 48.
