Arrived in Croatia, phone won't connect to any network

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7
Roaming is on
Have switched on and off several times
Havant been able to manually connect to any network
Can connect to WiFi

Any troubleshooting ideas?

What membership do you have?
EU roaming only works on Guido.
If you have Guido and nothing works (can't connect at all so calls/texts/data don't work) then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.

Yup on the Guido.
This sim worked fine on the last few holidays in my old iPhone. Just switched to the Samsung a few weeks ago.

No nothing they can do. I've no other phone to try the sim in. Looks like I'm phoneless for 2 weeks.

Ummmm, that's disappointing/annoying alright.
Can't really see why it would be the SIM or phone to be honest.

You said that roaming is enabled but is data roaming also enabled in case that makes any difference?

Thanks for trying to help.

There's only one option to turn on data roaming. I don't see another roaming option to turn on. I don't have the S7 Edge just S7 if that makes a difference? Looking through the troubleshooting link you sent I'm not getting same options they describe.

Under Mobile Networks - Network Operators - If I select automatic network selection, it just says, unable to connect, try later.

In Access Point Names: there are only 2 settings - Internet and MMS. Should there be a any more APN's there?

Could be differences between the phones or the version of the Samsung software available.
Most or all android phones that I've used have separate roaming and data roaming options but I've never used a Samsung.
The APN is irrelevant if you can't even get it to connect to a local network to get calls and texts working.
I'm pretty sure that this should be possible but it might take a bit of messing around and experimentation.
It's a shame that this is so difficult for some 48 users trying to roam in the EU on a Guido membership. :-\
