Have credit but mobile data doesn't work

Hi I topped up my €6.50 plan yesterday but my mobile data hasnt worked for the whole day is there any way to fix this or will it just fix on its own?

What does your My48 Dashboard say about your current membership status and data balance?

What does your Transactions page say about recent purchases?

What does your Buy Plan page say about any upcoming membership plans?

Any chance you have used up your data allowance on your current membership plan and need a data add-on if you want to continue to use data until the end of the membership plan month?

I have the same issue, plenty of data left, have 6 days left of my plan but can't use my 48 data
