I recently changed phone and can not always now access my data and sometimes am also unable to phone or text.

Are you sure that the phone is OK?

Has it been working OK before e.g. with another sim even on another network?

Have you made sure that the 48 sim is seated properly to make good contact?

Was the SIM working OK in your old phone?

You could maybe try getting a replacement sim in case that helps.
