good morning,  My monthly bill is due to be renewed this evening.  I have 12gb of internet data remaining,  does this carry over the following month? Thanks

Monthly membership allowances do not carry over to the next month's membership.

Add-on allowances carry over to the next membership after the one under which they were first activated.

The add-on terminates at the end of the latter membership whether or not it has been fully used up.

So if your 12GB is a membership allowance it will not carry over.

If some of it is a data add-on allowance then it will if the add-on was activated on the current membership.
