What's the exact message (a screenshot would be ideal)?
It's most likely whatever you specified as the password for the hotspot when you configured it if you chose it to be secure rather than open.
Or some default if you did not configure it.
This has nothing to do with 48.
There is no password for 48 data access.
If possible post screenshots of the hotspot configuration on one phone and the message that you're getting on the other phone.
