Internet not working ABROAD (Holland)

reading the info on the 48 website it seemed nice and easy to go abroad with phone etc working... just sign up to the GUIDO plan and away you go.   So with the Guido plan AND an add on of Internet, I went to Holland for a four days.   

The call service worked perfectly.

However the internet refused to work.   I tried everything I could.  no good.

Thank god Holland has loads of Wifi hotspots around.

 

So anyone got some enlightening comments or even information on this?

Lots of people have had this problem.
Many fixed it by editing their APN to set the APN field back to 48months.liffeytelecom.com because it had changed to something else.
Then switch airplane mode on and off and it should work.
By the way you didn't need a data add-on unless you had used up your membership data allowance.
