Hello , my internet isnt working , on the mobile data ODS written disconnected but i checked everything and everythinkg is okay , but i Still cant connect to internet

What do you mean "ODS written disconnected"?

Did data ever work?

Are you absolutely sure that your settings are correct?

I had it connected until yesterday , and yes i have data allowence .

You probably need to contact 48 support so.

Yes i did about 2 days , should i order a new sim card ?

I don't know.

You'll really need to ask 48 support.

Log a new support request if the other one was not answered in 2 days.

They normally promise to get back within 24 hours to new queries.
