Hi I bought add on internet just about 5 minutes ago but the internet was not added on? Can you help me with this? Thanks

You mean you bought an internet add-on because you used up your membership data allowance?
Was internet access working before?
Are your internet/APN settings correct?

What do your My 48 account page and My History page say about your current membership status, data allowance and recent payments/purchases?

My membership had not run out at the time but now it has run out and every time I try to buy membership it says 'there has been an error please try again'. There is sufficient funds in my account and I have perfect wifi? Can you help me please? Thanks!

What does *100# return for your cash credit balance?

Where are you trying to buy membership?

By text?

On the website?

On the app?

Whichever way you have tried maybe try another and see if it makes a difference?
