Did you mean:

Is there an issue with 3g??

My 3g speeds have been woeful lately; more like 2g/E to be fair.

Checked all my internet settings etc and they seem right.

Since when?

You say "like 2G/E" but what connection mode are you actually getting?

Or more specifically what sort of speeds are you getting - e.g. with SpeedTest:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.zwanoo.android.speedtest

https://itunes.apple.com/ie/app/speedtest.net-speed-test/id300704847

Did anything change around the time that your speeds started getting worse?

E.g. software update, settings changes etc.?

Review your settings against these and post them (ideally screenshots) here for review/comment if necessary:

Hope this helps.

I mean it says I'm on 3g but the performance is poor.

Must just be a black spot in work.

Just did a test at home in Rathnew, Wicklow and got an astonishing:

102ms
8.98 UP
0.86 Down

Thats impressive speed there.
