My mobile data is not working and I don’t know why, even though I have the monthly membership that’s not finished yet

Please answer all of the following questions.

 

Did it work before?

When did it stop working?

Did anything change on your phone recently - e.g. settings changes, software update, restore etc.?

Have you been using the phone abroad recently?

What does your My 48 account page say about your membership status, expiry date and data allowance balance?

Are your internet settings still correct?
