I got a new phone and my 3G data isn't working any advice?

You need to configure your internet/APN settings.

I can't find d where to enter my APN details on my one plus 3T, my phone was configured but couldn't follow the steps

You'll need to follow the documentation for your phone.

I think that some versions of the software for this phone have a problem whereby they don't show the APN configuration option.

You may need to check if you're on the latest update.

If you still can't find it then you'll need to contact the retailer or OnePlus for advice.

I had to charge the Sim to the second one because the one plus 3t can take 2 Sims. And then I was able to change the settings
