You'll need to post some information if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

Did it ever work?

If not then did you configure your APN settings by texting "APN" to 50048 and following the instructions?

If it did work before then when did it stop working?

Do you have an active membership and non-zero data balance?

You need both for mobile data to work.
