My deal isn't working

Although it says i have signal, neither my internet, calls or texts are working for me. I can recieve texts but can't use anything on the promised deal.
What is happening?? Is it my phone or the deal??

Was it working before?

What does your My 48 account page say about your membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?

Did you buy a new membership recently and it hasn't kicked in?

Several people are reporting this problem with new memberships recently - they buy them but they never appear on their account or don't work.

In that case you need to contact 48 support - see the link in my signature below.
