My sim doesn't seem to work, I can't receive SMS messages and I can't receive phone calls

Did it work before?

If so when did it stop working correctly?

What changed in the meantime?

Or are you just getting set up on 48?

Can you make calls and send texts?

Did you activate the SIM properly?

Do you have an active membership?
