I recharged my phone .but didn't get data

What exactly do you mean by "recharge"?

What did you buy? Membership, add-on, cash credit?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Remember that if you use up your membership data allowance before the membership has run its full monthly course then buying a new membership will not help. It will stack on your account to kick in when the current membership eventually expires. In that case you need to buy a data add-on to continue using data during the current membership month:
