I cannot get my OWA email account working and it was working perfect up until Friday

Does internet access work apart from this?

What happens?

Any error messages?

Hotmail had a bit of an outage last week so perhaps that's relevant to the problem?

Thanks for your reply, Ya my internet is working but when I go to my OWA email account it keeps telling me to reset it even when I have just done that.

Sounds like a problem with OWA rather than 48 so?

What do you mean by "reset"?

What is the exact message?
