No internet outside wifi zone only texts and calls

Not working since I returned from Spain

I live in Ireland and traveled to Spain.My 48chip just stop to work (was working and just stop no reason).Now I arrived in Ireland again and my 48 continuos not working.

My roaming is not working, I’m trying but and followind the steps on web but still

Calls and texts work but mobile data doesn't

My son has a My 48 sim card, only calls and Messenger work. The other games don't work at all, I pay €12.99 every month and he doesn't even use the internet (because it doesn't work?)

When out and about I can’t call anyone on WhatsApp, is says no internet available
