No signal

Hi my son has no signal on his phone and in his 48 apn settings it say “proximity” I’m with 48 myself and it’s fine for me I’m iOS he is android please help ive tried entering 48 settings but keeps going back to proximus

Hi.  Has anyone returned from Spain recently and if so is there any improvement in coverage?  Was there last year and despite all attempts and folllowing videos I couldn't get any coverage on an iphone.  Thanks

Anybody have any idea when 48 is going to sort out data whilst roaming.. was abroad recently.. didn't work.. had to change settings... Then didn't work when returned home so had to change settings again... Was up North yesterday and again didn't work...
