I just changed from an iPhone5 to a Samsung galaxy s6. Since changing my SIM into the Samsung I have no internet connection. I still have 2.42gb left on my membership and also have the mobile data switched on. Please help!

Won’t let me top up from card OR balance
I can't seem to connect my laptop when I'm on the go to my personal hotspot on my phone. I have an iphone 4.. It says I must contact my provider... PLZ HELP.
Data works fine at home (limerick) but when down in Cork the mobile signal shows full but I have no data, tried turning phone off and on, same problem. Return to Limerick and it works again. Any thoughts ? Thanks

My calls and mobile Internet stopped working out of the blue yesterday. I can receive a call and send one but there is no sound on either end. Data is not connecting at all. Texts are working.Many thanks
