mobile data problem

Hi just got new phone Mi 4 from china. My mobile data does not work. I have credit definitely and I had downloaded this app you mentioned on your instruction. I am unsure how to run it. it is set up for all the countries including Ireland but when I tap on it brings me to the screen of with APN, APN TYPE, MMSC, MMS PROXY, MMS PORT info but that is all. I switched the phone on and off and tried flight mode on and off but nothing works. Thx Kasia

Did you configure your internet settings for the 48 network?
If not then follow the instructions here to do this
