How to use my credit?

I have €11 balance in my credit but it will now do i buy memnership with the credit? It keeps going to credit card option.

If it's not giving you the option to pay using your credit balance and you have enough cash credit to pay for the selected membership then you'll probably have to contact 48 support and ask them about this.
