Joining 48- Mission Impossible

Can anybody help! I got my sim card and tried to activate it but the site said it was already registered. So ordered a new sim and went to try and activate it on the site but it won't let me because it says my sim is de-activated. Tried the messaging "bot" thing but it won't let me proceed without a phone number, not much use if you are trying to get a phone number! Can't find any way of contacting 48 other than the "bot". Going to the Eir shop if I can't sort this out soon. Thanks
