Keep your number when moving to 48 Issue

Hi I'm trying to move to 48 but at the moment I cannot recieve texts or calls on my carrier for some reason. They have not been much help in resolving the issue.

So I can't get the code that 48 sends me when I try to move my number over.

Is there anyway this can be done for me or the code sent via email?
