New phone & mobile data constantly disconnects

I've been with 48 awhile now, and my mobile data always worked great. When switched on, it would always stay on and stay connected. When I got a new phone (HTC One A9) the mobile data constantly disconnects. And by constantly I mean within seconds to minutes. By the time I go to open a new app the internet is gone. And then you have to switch off & switch on and wait again. It's extremely inconvenient and annoying as basic things as sending and receiving messages won't come through because by the time you've sent a message a reply won't come in because the internet is gone.
Doesn't make sense how its only happening on the new phone and never before happened on the old one (HTC One M7).
Please help.

If your internet/APN settings are correct then it must be something to do with the phone.

Double check that it's configured correctly:
