Have had no service since attempting to port from another network over 50hrs ago. No effort from 48 to get me up and running or take the issue seriously. A bad mistake to try and join as I am now in limbo. My mobile number is unavailable and so am I.
You mean you were in contact with 48 support and they were unable to fix the problem? That's very unusual in my experience. Porting problems sometimes arise at the other network's end so maybe 48 can't do anything about it? What did they say?
