it says my sim is activated but when i insert it in my phone it comes up that the sim is not supported. what should i do ?

Sounds like your phone might be locked to another network and need to be unlocked to use it on 48?

What is the exact message that you get?

What make and model of phone?

I suspect that it's an iPhone?
