I had an account and sim card is deactivated and now I need a new sim card

Trying to activate SIM but says it's already activated

Hi, I’m looking to activate my SIM card. I put in the 6 digit activation code but it says it is already active although I only opened the package with the SIM card just now, what can I do now ?

Can't get security text to port number from Three

Hi I ordered 48 sim card. Ive unblock my old s=network with Three - I keep trying to register with 48.I entered all my details and it wont send me a verification code???Please help

New to 48 - no service yet

I have just recently joined 48. Using my old 3 sim card and transferred it over to the 48 network. I have no phone coverage as of yet and cant make or receive any phone calls  

My mobile data is not working

Moving my number - no update so far

I was moving my Tesco number to 48 yesterday, till now don't have an update. The number I was moving is 0894349361

Can't make call to a specific 087 number

Local call to 087 number … and told not allow make this call… I could make other calls .. used daughters phone no problem and the person I was calling certainly doesn’t have me blocked
