Sounds to me like your have used up some of your membership allowances and need more?
If so then you need to buy add-ons for the relevant services.
E.g. a data add-on if you have used up your internet allowance.
Buying a new membership will not help immediately.
The new membership will stack to kick in only when your current membership runs its full monthly course and eventually expires.
A new membership does not terminate a current membership prematurely and start immediately.
Your online My 48 account or the 48 app will clarify when your current membership expires.
