1850 numbers not accessible on my guido membership

I can't make calls to numbers like 1800 or 1850 etc is that specific to 48 or can I adjust a setting in my phone?

1800 numbers are free.

1850 and 1890 numbers are not and are not covered by membership or add-on landline minutes allowances.

You need cash credit on your account to pay for these.

1850 calls cost 50c per call.

1890 calls cost 50c per MINUTE (so it might be more cost effective to call them from a landline or something).
