I have the 48 app and it won't show any information for the past while saying its unpaid but I have texts and bank statements saying it is paid and everything's working. Does anyone know a way to fix this? I want to be able to view how many minutes and how much data I have used during the month. Thanks

Do all of your account details appear OK when you log into your account on via the website rather than the app?

I'd suggest uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to see if that rectifies matters.
