I got cut off as I’d forgotten to top up the card it’s being topped up from. How do I rejoin as the membership I had all along? Thanks

Assuming that your account hasn't been suspended because you didn't buy membership for 6+ months then just buy a new membership manually now and then if auto-renewal is still enabled it will take over again in a month's time.
