What exactly are you trying to do?

Buy membership? Buy add-ons? Add cash credit?

What steps do you follow?

What happens/goes wrong?

Any error messages?

If you use the app instead of the website or vice versa does it make any difference?

Were you ever able to buy stuff on your 48 account before this?

With the same card?

Have your card details changed?
