No - memberships always run their full monthly course and cannot be prematurely terminated or replaced by another/new membership.
You can buy a different membership now but it will only kick in when your current one expires.
This is the case even if you have used up some or all allowances on your current membership.
In that case you need to buy add-ons to use the relevant services until the end of the current membership.
