Charged for credit but haven't recieved it

Hi,
I went to top up by €15 yesterday and the charge went through but there is still no credit on my account. The transaction is not showing up in my 48 history, either. I would like a refunded (as I thought I had to buy credit to buy a membership which I have since bought anyway) or at least the credit I purchased.

The terms "topup" and "credit" are often used incorrectly here on 48.

Cash credit topups/credit are not the same as membership/addon "credit".

Are you sure that you didn't buy a €15 membership?

In that case the new membership will appear on your account as your current or next membership and the €15 will not appear as cash credit because it has been used to pay for the membership.

If that's not the issue here then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
