Do you mean a48 credit voucher bought in a shop?

What happens when she tries to use the voucher to topup?

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

Any update?

She bought credid for 089 on the top of her phone it's say tesco

Where/how did she buy the credit?

What do you mean "She bought credid for 089 on the top of her phone"?

Where does it say Tesco?

Did she somehow mistakenly buy Tesco credit?

If so then that's no use for use on 48.

Maybe she can find a Tesco user to sell it to.

You have to buy 48 credit online or buy a 48 Months topup voucher from a Payzone retailer.

Don't just say "089" when buying credit as number prefixes no longer identify the operator.

Are you sure that the phone in question is on 48 and not Tesco Mobile?!

Hope this helps.
