Credit vanished

I wanted to stop using the guido membership each month and change to the Mitch membership. So i signed up for the Mitch membership and payed by credit card. At first it said the credit wasn't working because my current membership hadn't run out, but now it is still saying that even though my old membership has run out, the credit isn't working. It's saying I have no balance in my account.

What does your My48 account page say about your membership status, allowance balances & cash credit balance?

It says that my current membership is the Mitch and all my internet usage and calls and texts are full and haven't been used, and that that membership won't run out until next month. Also it says my credit balance is 0.25

When did it say that you have no credit/balance?

What service are you trying to use when this happens?

If it's when making a call what sort of number are you calling?

Remember that some services are not covered by membership/add-on allowances and are instead charged from your cash credit balance - eg international calls/texts, calls to 1850/1890, MMS messages etc.

Do calls and texts to Irish mobiles work?

You haven't really addressed the questions that I asked above to try to clarify what's going on.

The Guido Membership costs €10 PM
The Mitch is €15 PM

As the above posts explain, credit and membership is  are different.

48 services are functional when a Membership is active/current.

Credit in your balance serves only as facilitating the Membership process, and for services that incur extra charges, MMS, Premium Calls, International calls/texts etc.

So is your Mitch Membership plan functional?
