You did not answer all of the questions that I asked in my first reply.
The lack of answers is what is complicating matters.
You should contact support as I can't help if you won't answer the questions that I asked.

I don't know why you won't just answer the questions that I asked in my first post.
As I said if you won't do that then all I can suggest is that you contact 48 support instead.

What does your My 48 account page say about your current membership status, expiry date, allowance balances?
Does it list a next membership and start date?
