What does your online account say about your current membership status and expiry date?

Does it list a "next" membership and start date?

Remember that if your current membership has not expired and you buy a new membership then the new membership does not start immediately - it stacks to kick in when the current membership expires.

All memberships always run their full monthly course and buying a new one does not prematurely terminate a current one.

If you have used up your current membership allowances then you need to buy add-ons and not a new membership.
