Tried it many times today and got the same result.
I'm posting for a friend who wants to access their account and renew membership.
We're currently experiencing issues with our website for top-ups and signing into My48.

Although the problem that I reported a while ago persists.
E.g. on the mobile site while NOT logged in ... go to a thread then click Add Comment, it takes you to the login page, login and you get this because there's an extraneous forward slash in the relevant URL (/https://community.48months.ie/...).
The requested URL /https://community.48months.ie/t5/forums/mobileforumtopicpage.simpleboardmessageview:checkemailverifi... was not found on this server.
Actually even the original login/password retrieval problem seems to have returned on the mobile version of the site this evening?
