What exactly fails?

I can't either - I buy a guido membership but nothing happens

What do you mean "nothing happens"?

Do you get to the purchase page?

Does something not work there?

 

You say you buy a Guido membership but "nothing happens".

Does that mean that you have successfully bought the membership?

Remember that if you have an active membership then buying a new one will make no difference because it will simply stack to kick in when the current membership eventually expires.

This is the case even if you have used up allowances on your current membership - in which case you need to buy add-ons to use the relevant services for the rest of the membership month.

Memberships always run their full monthly course and cannot be terminated prematurely.
