Is the website down? Cannot renew membership!

I've been trying to renew my membership for the past two days and the website is continually coming up with error messages when I try. (Also, my membership was set to auto-renew but didn't. First I hear about it is an email AFTER they've cut me off. Now I've been without a phone for two days. What's going on? No answer from Customer Service on the website either. Just continually left in the queue forever without a response. Such an appalling service!

Exact same here, very frustrating

If the chat isn't working (see the link in my signature below) even if you try another device (e.g. desktop instead of mobile - I never see the chat on the latter, only the former for some reason) and/or browser then maybe email support at support@48months.zendesk.com

I just purchased a new membership successfully.

(The first failure was because I messed up the authentication via my bank app).

If you're having problems with auto-renewal and/or manual purchases of memberships then I guess that you'll have to persist with trying to contact support.

Thanks for the phone number. I talked to a human and he directed me through to using the laptop to get into a queue for an agent which is good progress.

 

 

I eventually got sorted through customer service on the website after over an HOUR waiting. I had already been in the queue for over an hour yesterday and earlier today too and no reply from anyone. I am shocked at how utterly terrible the customer service is. They seriously need to include a countdown to give you some indication of how long you might be waiting and badly need a customer service number for when you really need to talk to a human. I checked the original message I received when I set up my membership last month and it said it was set to auto-renew. Yet they just cut me off yesterday with no prior notification and left me without a phone for TWO DAYS. I'm switching to GoMo at the end of this month. They cannot be any worse than this appalling company.

So first off, you should check that the preferences on the browser for 48.ie are not blocking pop ups. 
Then you will be able to find three dots inside a message icon.
When you click on the dots, the following messaging then results in order to get into the queue to talk online with an agent
"Welcome to 48 Messaging just type Hi to start 
Hello! Please answer some questions about your account as they appear below
What is your name?
Email Address
Please enter your 10 digit mobile number in this format 08*********
Just a moment…
Continue to Agent
Let's speed this up for you! Type in your query below and then hit continue to agent

I had no problem getting onto the customer service messaging. I literally went through that whole process 20 different times over two days and spent multiple hours in the queue in total and no customer service answered until today after an HOUR left sitting there! So completely unacceptable.

I have pop-ups enabled but never see the chat option on Chrome/Android. I only see it if I use Chrome on the desktop computer.
