Signed up 1 month ago and told second month was on 48. Starting second month and no credit or 4g. Asked to purchase more membership. Please advise. Thanks in advance...

Never heard of the free month offer unless it was a "Mate's Rates" thing?
Anyway you should contact 48 support to ask them about this.
