Membership not working

I bought a new membership and it says it’s after starting and then when I ring someone it’s still saying “your monthly membership has run out” ?????

Several others have reported the same thing in the past few days.
You'll have to contact 48 support and ask them for assistance.

I have the same issue, cant call or send texts, 2 days now without my phone and no line of sight to this issue been fixed other than is could be "another 24hours" People need to be compensated as ridiculous at this point

I agree that it's crazy that these problems (and those with the app) are persisting for almost a week now.

I topped up ,phone accepted,stating I was 26£ in credit .I now find I cannot even make calls.this my first phone. I am a complete novice,any help? Or who can I contact for help,

Sounds like you topped up your cash credit balance only?

On 48 you have to buy a monthly membership before you can use services.

So you probably still need to use your cash credit to buy a membership.
