My debit card details changed so as i had no internet access i bought a top up voucher. Dialled in the top up code but i am still unable to use my phone help

What do you mean "dialled in the topup code"?

Did you follow the normal process for topping up by voucher?

 

How do I top up? Overview of the top-up payment options

 

If the topup worked then it just topped up your cash credit balance and you still need to buy membership as a separate step.

 

What is the difference between membership and topup

As it usually tops up automatically apparently using a voucher i also had to text guido to 1745 no mention of this on voucher..problem solved
