This months i bought membership twice for the same number, while my other membership was brierly used a bit, on my bank statement both transactions were on . What can I do? Please email me on **bleep** . Thanks

If you bought two memberships then the second will stack to kick in when the current one runs its full monthly course and eventually expires.
So you don't lose out.
But if you need a refund for an unused membership that had not yet started then contact 48 support and ask them if they can sort that out for you.
