I've tried to renew membership 3 times - system down. When will it be up and running?

What happened?

Any error messages?

How are you trying to do this?

On the app?

On the website?

By text?

Maybe try a different method and see if that works?

If you still cannot get it working then you'll need to contact 48 support.
