I just bought a new membership but I dont see that in my account.
Please I n3eed if you can check that and add my new membership.

Is it listed on your Transactions page?

What does your Dashboard page say about your current membership status?

Remember that a new membership only starts when the previous one has run its full monthly course and has expired.

If you use up membership bundled allowances before the end of the membership month then you may need to buy add-ons to continue using the relevant services.
