My 48 plan will not let me do outgoing calls so I ordered a new sim card.
It will not accept the date of birth. How can I resolve this.
Regards
Michael.

What do you mean that your 48 plan does not let you do outgoing calls?

What happens?

Do incoming calls and outgoing/incoming texts work OK?

Do no outgoing calls work at all?

Do only specific outgoing calls fail?

If so could they be to numbers that require cash credit to call (e.g. 1850, 1890, international numbers etc.)?

Did they ever work?

If so when did the problem start?

If the only thing not working is outgoing calls then I doubt that it's a SIM problem.

What do you mean it won't accept your date of birth?

What happens?

Any error message(s)?

Hope this helps.
